📄 Cancellation Policy

❌ Cancellations NOT Accepted by Admistay

• Bookings once confirmed through the platform cannot be cancelled by Admistay.
• Students must refer to the cancellation policy of the respective property provider (e.g., landlord, PBSA, hostel).

✅ Property Partner Cancellations

• If a property provider cancels a confirmed booking, any paid amount is refunded based on the provider’s terms.
• Refunds will be handled directly by the provider or booking partner.

ℹ️ Notes

• Admistay is not responsible for delays or failures in refunds by external providers.
• Cancellation terms (like cooling-off period or partial refunds) vary by property and are listed per listing.

❌ Non-Cancellable Services

• Counseling sessions
• University shortlisting
• SOP/LOR or documentation review
• Application assistance
• Once any of the above has started, cancellation/refund is not allowed.

✅ Exceptions (Subject to approval)

• No counselor assigned or no session held within 5 business days of payment.
• Payment was duplicated or made by mistake.

• Send a written request to: [email protected]
• Include: Name, Email, Booking/Transaction ID, and Reason for Cancellation.
• Admistay will verify and acknowledge eligible requests within 3 business days.

• Admistay does not guarantee cancellations or refunds unless explicitly stated.
• Admistay is an intermediary and not liable for third-party delays or policies.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for more clarity.
