You can enjoy everything our other studio rooms have to offer – including an en-suite and private kitchen and dining area – just with a little extra space.

All the same great features you would expect in the Premium Studio, but located on the ground floor with a wet room rather than a standard en-suite. You can cook feasts for friends or enjoy some quiet revision time. The choice is yours.

This is the second largest room type at Hox Park. It comes with everything you need – from an en-suite bathroom to kitchen and dining area – all with plenty of room. Enjoy solo living in style.

Studio rooms, which have a small double bed and an en-suite shower. Each has a private kitchen with ceramic hob, combi oven and fridge freezer. And your own dining area, plenty of storage and a study space with desk and chair.

These en-suites have the same great features as our standard En-suite rooms, but they’re slightly bigger and all have south, east or west-facing windows for loads of natural light. And you can still socialise whenever you want in the communal kitchen, dining, and TV lounge area.

Classic En-Suite rooms are the same as our En-Suites, but available on a 44 week tenancy rather than 51. Each room has a small double bed, en-suite shower room, study space with desk and chair and plenty of storage. You’ll also have access to a great communal space including a shared kitchen and lounge.
